The VIP-lounge of the Terminal B (located in the pavilion ‘Departure’, 1st entrance, 1st floor) is able to offer you the following facilities:

  • flight check-in and luggage handling in the lounge;
  • escorting by airport officers up to the board of your aircraft;
  • security and safety control;
  • business-center (means of communication, office equipment, Internet);
  • a comfortable waiting room;
  • saloon bar, restaurant (chargeable);
  • banquet hall for conducting of business events and scheduled meetings;
  • gift shop;
  • personal transfer;
  • personal escort (welcomers / seeing-off persons);
  • free separate parking place for passengers of the VIP-lounge;

To be admitted to the free VIP parking place of the Terminal B, no special ID-card is required, it is enough just to specify the surname and the flight number of the departing or arriving passenger.

Departure procedure via the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B

A passenger has to arrive to the airport not later than 1 hour 10 minutes before departure in connection with registration finishing for 30 or 40 minutes before the flight. After that the passenger comes to the entrance of VIP-lounge and informs officers on his surname and the flight number, he or she is welcome to pass into the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B.

A representative of the Aviation Security Service can ask you to let him/her make visual examination of your luggage. Then the passenger passes through the flight registration procedure. The passenger’s passport together with his/her boarding card is handed over to the passenger before the boarding.

The passenger takes a place, which he/she considers comfortable for him/herself and stays in the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B up to the boarding announcement (within 20 or 30 minutes before the aircraft departure). After the boarding announcement would be heard, the passenger has to go to the appointed gape. An supervisor of the VIP-lounge of the terminal B would see him/her off to a dedicated bus.

Arrival procedure via the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B

Your welcomer (if any) has to arrive to the airport for 20 minutes before the scheduled aircraft arrival time and to enter the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B, which he/she will be entitled to after informing a reception officer at the hall entrance on arriving VIP-passengers’ surnames and a flight number. After that the aircraft landing would be announced, a microbus is delivered to the board and the welcomer (as agreed upon with Aviation Security Service) accompanied by the terminal B VIP-lounge supervisor is driven on the landing field for arrangement of the passengers’ meeting. The clients of the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B are met just at the ramp by welcomers with the label ‘VIP’. In case of luggage presence at the arrived person, the supervisor takes his/her baggage tags and hands them over to an airport worker for the luggage pickup from the landed aircraft. After that all the clients of the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B would come closer to the supervisor, the entire group accompanying by him/her is directed by microbus to the VIP-lounge.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the landing field independently!

While waiting of his/her luggage, the passenger may stay in any comfortable for him/her place within the VIP-lounge of the Terminal B. At his/her disposal there are proposed free use of Moscow’s municipal telephones, free access to Internet as well as a wide selection of newspapers and magazines. If the client orders anything in the saloon bar of the Terminal B VIP-lounge, the payment is made on his/her own.

Announcement on luggage readiness will be made on loud public address system. The luggage will be delivered on the lower floor of the VIP-lounge. The luggage deliverance to the client’s car is not included to the services cost.



The VIP-lounges of the Terminal C (4th floor) are able to offer you the following facilities:

  • separate desks of borderline and customs control;
  • flight registration passing and luggage processing in the lounge;
  • accompanying up to aircraft board by airport officers;
  • security and safety system;
  • comfortable waiting room;
  • servicing in saloon bars & restaurants (chargeable);
  • banquet halls and conference rooms;
  • a hotel room with every comfort;
  • play areas for kids;
  • luggage packing.

Meeting procedure via the VIP-lounge of the Terminal C

The Arrival VIP-lounge is located on 4th floor of the airport to the right of the elevator. An airport escorting officer stays constantly in the Arrival VIP-lounge.

Passenger’s welcomers may enter into the VIP-lounge after informing a security officer on the passenger’s surname and his/her flight number.

According to the Rules of the Security Service of Airport Sheremetyevo, only an airport officer is entitled for the access to the transit area in order to meet passengers.

After that the landing announcement would be made, the airport officer comes into the transit area for passengers’ meeting.

The supervisor keeps the label ‘VIP’ about him/herself and he/she waits for passengers in the prescribed place, namely at entrance to the arrival common hall.

The supervisor does not meet passengers with any name plates!

A passenger should be noticed beforehand about the booked service, so he/she should come to the supervisor at his/her own initiative and inform him/her on the surname and the flight number.

The VIP-lounge passengers could be met in the transit area, at an aircraft ramp, at an exit of a jet bridge.

At the entrance to the VIP-lounge, passengers pass the passport control. A frontier service officer takes passengers’ passports for registration.

Any passenger should come closer to a meeting officer, so to identify him/herself.

If the arrived person has got luggage, the supervisor of the VIP-lounge takes the baggage tags (or the escorting officer does it and hands the baggage tags over to the air traffic supervisor). Being accompanied by the escorting officer, the passenger comes to the customs control desk. The customs control representative can ask you to put your carry-on luggage on a translucent device.

If the passenger has got goods subjected to avowal or currency in cash in amount exceeded USD 3000, he/she should fill-in a declaration (before passing of the customs control desk).

While waiting for his/her luggage, the passenger comforts himself in any of two halls: the hall for smokers and one for non-smokers. At disposal of passengers there is proposed use of Internet, Moscow’s municipal telephones as well as a wide selection of newspapers and magazines.

In the hall for smokers there is the saloon bar for the VIP-lounge clients.

No payment for the saloon bar services is included in cost of the VIP-servicing, so it is made by the passenger him/herself.

The escorting officer stays in the VIP-lounge till the moment that the passenger would receive his/her luggage. The information on luggage readiness is announced on the loud public address system. The luggage getting is made on the second floor of the airport, exactly under the balcony of the VIP-lounge.

The passenger’s luggage deliverance to his/her car is not included in the cost of the VIP-servicing; it is paid off by the passenger him/herself.

After that the passenger would be met in the VIP-lounge, the escorting officer makes connection to his/her welcomer (in case of contact info presence of the latter). In case that his/her contact telephone number is absent, it is obligatory that the welcomer him/herself connects to the escorting officer over the telephone. If a passenger’s driver is late in some reasons, he is obliged to warn our representative about it, so the latter could inform the passenger on this fact.

Farewell procedure via the VIP-lounge in the Terminal C

The Departure VIP-lounge is located on 4th floor of the Terminal C to the left of the elevator.

It does not come within duties of an escorting officer to meet a passenger on an airport approach ramp or to bring a passenger’s luggage from his/her car to the VIP -hall.

The passenger must arrive to the airport not later than for 1 hour 10 minutes before the aircraft departure; this requirement is imposed in connection with registration finishing for 30 or 40 minutes before the aircraft departure.

The passenger’s driver or the passenger him/herself must contact the escorting officer over the telephone on his/her way to the airport or immediately after his/her arrival to the VIP-lounge.

If the passenger has got any goods subjected to avowal or any currency in cash in amount exceeded USD 3000, then the passenger is obliged to fill-in the Customs Declaration. The customs service representative can ask you to let him/her make survey of your luggage.

Further being accompanied by the escorting officer, the passenger him/herself in person passes the registration for his/her flight. After the flight registration, the passenger is given with his air ticket with the baggage tags. His/her passport and boarding card are given to the passport control desk and stay there till the boarding beginning.

After the passenger’s registration for the flight is finished, the passenger’s driver or his/her seeing-off person can leave the VIP-lounge.

The passenger would be proposed to comfort him/herself in the VIP-lounge until the aircraft boarding announcement will be heard (within 30 or 40 minutes before the aircraft departure).

At disposal of a passenger there is free use of Internet, Moscow’s municipal telephones as well as a wide selection of newspapers and magazines. The saloon-bar services are not included in the cost of the VIP-servicing, so they are paid off by the passenger him/herself.

The beginning of the aircraft boarding is announced on the loud public address system of the VIP -hall. The escorting officer notifies the passenger on the beginning of the aircraft boarding and sees the passenger off to the aircraft. On the passport control desk, the passenger receives his/her passport and boarding card. The passing of the passport & special control is conducted just in front of the gate meant for boarding.

After the passport control desk passing by the passenger, the supervisor escorts the passenger till the moment that he/she enters into the aircraft.



VIP-lounges of the Terminal D (Domestic and International flights)

VIP-servicing — International flights

The VIP-lounge for passengers of the international flights of the Terminal D is located to the right of the entrance to the airport building on the level of the arrival area.

VIP-servicing — Domestic flights

The VIP-lounge for the passengers of the domestic flights of the Terminal D is located to the left of the entrance to the airport building on the level of the arrival area.

In the comfortable VIP-lounges there are separate flight registration desks as well as borderline and customs control desks.

The workers of the VIP-lounges will escort you with the aid of special transportation means up to the aircraft board or, on contrary, from the aircraft. They will also take your luggage after the aircraft landing and deliver it to the exit from the VIP-lounge.
